We’ll do whatever it takes to make sure you’re satisfied with your order. If you’re unhappy for any reason you can return any items for up to a year. If you’ve purchased a soldering kit and can’t get it to work properly, we’ll work with you to troubleshoot the problem via email. If you can’t get it working, we’ll replace the soldering kit or send replacement parts as needed.
